چکیده

The nonlinear structures in 2D quantum gravity coupled to the (q + 1, q) minimal model are studied in the Liouville theory to clarify the factorization and the physical states. It is confirmed that the dressed primary states outside the minimal table are identified with the gravitational descendants. Using the discrete states of ghost number zero and one we construct the currents and investigate the Ward identities which are identified with the W and the Virasoro constraints. As nontrivial examples we derive the L0, L1 and W (3) −1 equations exactly. Ln and W (k) n equations are also discussed. We then explicitly show the decoupling of the edge states Oj (j = 0 mod q). We consider the interaction theory perturbed by the cosmological constant O1 and the screening charge S + = O2q+1. The formalism can be easily generalized to potential models other than the screening charge. E-mail address: [email protected]

Spherically Symmetric Solutions in a New Braneworld Massive Gravity Theory

In this paper, a combination of the braneworld scenario and covariant de Rham-Gabadadze-Tolley (dRGT) massive Gravity theory is proposed. In this setup, the five-dimensional bulk graviton is considered to be massive. The five dimensional nonlinear ghost-free massive gravity theory affects the 3-brane dynamics and the gravitational potential on the brane. Following the solutions with spherical s...

N ov 1 99 1 TIT / HEP – 179 STUPP – 91 – 122 February 1 , 2008 Operator Product Expansion and Topological States in c = 1 Matter Coupled to 2 - D Gravity

Factorization of the N -tachyon amplitudes in two-dimensional c = 1 quantum gravity is studied by means of the operator product expansion of vertex operators after the Liouville zero mode integration. Short-distance singularities between two tachyons with opposite chiralities account for all singularities in the N -tachyon amplitudes. Although the factorization is valid, other possible short-di...

Nonholomic Distributions and Gauge Models of Einstein Gravity

For (2+2)–dimensional nonholonomic distributions, the physical information contained into a spacetime (pseudo) Riemannian metric can be encoded equivalently into new types of geometric structures and linear connections constructed as nonholonomic deformations of the Levi–Civita connection. Such deformations and induced geometric/physical objects are completely determined by a prescribed metric ...

Correlation Functions in Two-Dimensional Dilaton Gravity

The Liouville approach is applied to the quantum treatment of the dilaton gravity in two dimensions. The physical states are obtained from the BRST cohomology and correlation functions are computed up to three-point functions. For the N = 0 case (i.e., without matter), the cosmological term operator is found to have the discrete momentum that plays a special role in the c = 1 Liouville gravity....
